Printer Management in the Vinpoint Mobile App

First, log into the Vinpoint Mobile App. 




Select the dealership you’d like to check-in to.





Once the dealership has been selected, tap Check In.





Open the Side Menu by tapping the icon with the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the screen.




Tap Manage





Tap Printers.





If you have not claimed any printers yet, press Add Printer to get started. 





To add a new printer, locate the QR code on the bottom right of the label printer. Once the QR code has been located, tap Scan QR Code.





Align the printer's QR code inside the highlighted area. 





Once the printer’s QR code has been scanned, enter the printer's name and tap Finish at the top right. 





You will receive a confirmation notification once the printer has been successfully added. 





From the printer list you can view each individual printer’s status and details. 




To view a specific printer’s details, tap the printer name.





From the printer’s details screen, you can view the printer’s name, status, error status, last printed date, and device info. 




To edit the printers name tap the Printer Name.





Enter the printer's new name and press Done to save changes. 





To view the printer’s Error Status, tap the Error Status field.
