First, log in to the Vinpoint Mobile App.
Select the dealership you’d like to check-in to.
Next, press Check In.
View Vehicle Details from Scan History
To view vehicle details from the scan history, you can either press View vehicle details on the last scanned vehicle, or you can swipe up on the panel to show recently scanned vehicles.
Tap on any vehicle in the scan history to view its details.
Here you can find all of the details for the vehicle you selected, such as its Location, GPS Accuracy, Year, Make, Model, and Vin Number. You can also access the Vehicle’s Key Performance Indicators, Summary, DMS Integration, Print, Activity, and Photos.
Tap anywhere on the vehicle's Key Performance Indicators section to expand and view the information.
Tap anywhere on the vehicle's Summary section to expand and view the information.
To edit any summary fields, press the Edit button at the bottom.
Once you’re finished making changes, press Save at the top right.
Tap anywhere on the vehicle's DMS Integration section to view DMS information or link to your preferred DMS.
If you have a label printer at your dealership and you wish to print, tap anywhere on the Print section to expand to view your dealership’s list of paired printers.
Select the printer you would like to use and press Print.
You will receive confirmation when the label has successfully been sent to the printer.
To view and edit tags applied to a vehicle, tap the Tags section to expand this section.
In this section, you’ll be able to view any tags applied to this vehicle. If you wish to add or edit tags, press Edit Tags.
To add a tag to the vehicle, select the tags you wish to apply.
Once all desired tags have been selected, press Save.
To view the vehicle’s activity, tap the Activity section to show the feed. You’ll be able to view all relevant vehicle activities such as location updates, adding and/or removing tags, changes to the vehicle’s details, and more.
