Invite Users in Vinpoint Mobile App

Inviting a User


In the Vinpoint mobile app, open the Side Menu by pressing the icon with the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the screen.




Once open, press Manage





Next, press Invite Users 





From this screen you can view or manage active and expired invites. You can also invite new users.




To invite a new user press the Invite User button at the bottom of the screen.





Next, enter the user's email address into the designated field.





Then choose the user's role by pressing the User Role field and selecting one. 





Tap the Assigned Dealership(s) field to select which dealerships you'd like this user to have access to.





Finally, you have the option to grant the user certain permissions. 





Once all the required information has been entered, press Send Invite.





Invites automatically expire 24 hours after they have been sent. Have the person check their email to accept the invitation.





Managing Invites




To manage a user’s invite, select their email from the list of invites. 





Once the user has been selected you may resend or revoke the invitation. 




To resend an invitation, press Resend Invite

This will reset the 24 hours they have to accept the invite.




To revoke an invitation, press Revoke Invite.





If the invite has expired, you may resend the invitation by pressing Resend Invite.





Accepting an invite




To accept the invite start by going to your inbox and looking for the Vinpoint invite email. 




Once you locate the invite email, press Accept Invite.





Next you'll be able to create your account. Enter your First Name and Last Name to continue.





Next, enter a password and press Set Password.





Now that your password is set, press Continue to Vinpoint App.
