Invite Users in Vinpoint Web

Please Note: If you're using Single Sign On accounts, you may need to complete additional steps not contained in this article.




Inviting a User




Log in to Vinpoint and open the Admin Menu in the top right corner of the screen.




Click Invite Users





Click Invite User.





Enter the email address of the person you're inviting, select their role, assigned dealerships and any other permissions you'd like to give them. 




Once you've entered all of the required information, click Send Invite. 





Have the invited user check their email to accept the invitation. Invites automatically expire 24 hours after they have been sent.




To manage an invite, click on the desired invite. 




If you wish to revoke the invite, click Revoke Invite




If you wish to resend the invite, click Resend Invite.





Accepting an Invite




To accept an invite, go to your inbox and open the Vinpoint invite email. Click, Accept Invite.





Enter your First Name and Last Name, then click Continue





Enter Password and click Set Password.





Next, click Continue to Log in.





Enter your Email Address then click Log in.





Enter your Password then click Log in.
