TABLE OF CONTENTS

Accessing Payment Methods

To manage payment methods, click the top-right drop down menu, then click Payment Methods.

Adding a Payment Method

At bottom of the payment management screen, look for the heading Add New Payment Method.

To add a credit card, click Card then enter your credit card information as well as your billing address for that card and click Save.

To add a bank account, click US bank account and enter the name of your bank and follow the process. If you wish you can also manually add your bank account by clicking Enter bank details manually instead. The manual verification process takes 1-2 business days.

Removing a Payment Method

If you have any saved payment methods, you’ll see them listed under Saved Payment Methods.

Click the three dots menu on the right hand side of the method you’d like to remove. Click Remove.

A message will appear asking for confirmation. Click Remove to proceed with deleting the payment method.

Note: You can not remove a payment method that is set as the default payment method used for your subscription. To remove it, you’ll need to add a new payment method, set that one as default then try again to remove the older payment method.

Changing Default Payment Method

If you have any saved payment methods, you’ll see them listed under Saved Payment Methods.

Click the three dots menu on the right hand side of the method you’d like to set as default. Click Set as default for subscription payments. This will set that payment method to be the one charged when your subscription renews (whether that be monthly or annual.)

Handling an Expired Payment Method

If you have an expired payment method, there will be red text on that payment method listed under Saved Payment Methods.

To remedy this situation, you’ll need to add a new payment method then set the new method as default.
