Managing your Vinpoint Subscription

Access Subscription Management

To manage your subscription, open the top right menu, then click Subscription.

Change to Annual 

To change your subscription auto-renewal from monthly to annual, click Manage Subscription.

Click Annual Subscription.

Changes made will apply after your current subscription term ends.

Agree to the privacy policy terms and auto renewal terms by checking both boxes to enable this change. Click Agree to apply this change.

You will receive a confirmation notification once your subscription has been updated.

Change to Monthly 

To change your subscription auto-renewal from annual to monthly, click the Manage Subscription button.

Click Monthly Subscription.

Changes made will apply after your current subscription term ends. 

Agree to the privacy policy terms and auto renewal terms by checking both boxes to enable this change. Click Agree to apply this change.

You will receive a confirmation notification once your subscription has been updated.

Canceling a Subscription

To cancel your current subscription, click Manage Subscription.

Click Cancel Subscription.

To confirm cancellation click Cancel Subscription. Once your subscription has been canceled, you will have access to Vinpoint through the end of your current subscription period. 

You will be able to view the date your subscription ends once you have canceled. 

Subscription Failed to Renew

If your subscription fails to renew due to an issue with payment, you will receive a notification asking you to update your payment method to continue using Vinpoint.

Click Update Payment.

Click Manage payment methods.

Previously Canceled Subscription

If you do not have an active plan, click Continue to Select Subscription. 

Choose either a monthly or yearly based subscription and agree to the EULA and Privacy policy. Then enter in the billing address information. Click Next. 

Enter your payment method information and click Subscribe Now. 

You will receive confirmation once your subscription is active. Click Go to Vinpoint Home to begin using Vinpoint!
